Shipping and returns
When we receive an order we always look for the cheapest method of carriage and inform you about the shipment. Upon payment we will send the goods within 2 businessdays.
Cold weather packaging surcharge:
Depending on your location and weather (especially during autumn and winter seasons), extra packing for cold protection may have to be used. If we need to add insulation packing or other supplies during the cold season, we will contact you should a surcharge be necessary.
Missing or damaged plants
Our nursery is not responsible or liable for losses or damages to the plants done by the shipping carrier. All complaints must be done immediately to the carrier at delivery in case of apparent or concealed damages. In the event of damage we request that you send the items back to us using the same shipment method as which we used, otherwise we cannot reimburse you. We will refund cost of plants ONLY. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
