The Kentia palm is one of the most beautiful palms in the world, and is suitable for growing indoors. It is also highly prized for its excellent appearance.

The feather-like, charmingly drooping canopy of leaves grow up to 4m (12 feet) in length on thornless 1-1.5m (4-6 feet) stems. The leaflets are dark green on top, lighter green on the reverse and bend downwards toward the slender trunk.

Requires quite some water. Never let the soil dry out.
