Photinia Magical Volcano (also known under the name Christmas Berry) is an evergreen shrub popular for its leaves. Young leaves are a beautiful shade of red and turn green as they turn older. In addition, the leaves are somewhat undulating. White flowers appear in spring, which attract many butterflies and bumblebees. Magical Volcano becomes fuller than the Photinia Red Robbin and can reach up to 175 cm tall.

Photinia Magical Volcano requires a bit of help during severe frosts. It prefers a sunny or half sunny location. No special requirements for the soil. It is very suited as a solitary plant or as a hedge.
