With its very prominent central leader and yellow spring growth this Deodara Cedar cultivar makes for a very striking sentinel in the garden. This is a golden yellow conifer that can attain a height of up to 250cm (8 feet) and width of 180cm (5 feet) if it is grown in the cooler north European maritime climate. The new foliage is bright yellow before it turns yellow-green in the summer. The branches have a pleasing layered look as they arch over.
